On August 3, 2019, Carson City MAC, hosted a regional pickleball round robin to support building outdoor courts in Carson City. Seventy-two players represented pickleball communities in Arrowcreek, Carson City, Del Webb, Fallon, Incline Village, Minden-Gardnerville, Regency, Reno,and Sparks. Six members of ACPC represented our club; Sheri Barainca, Sam Dudkiewicz, Ginger McDowell, Brenda Slaughter, Lea Unruh and Don Unruh. Even though ACPC had a small team, we placed 6th out of 9 teams. We had a lot of fun playing pickleball from 9am to 1pm, met some new players, enjoyed some good snacks and helped out with getting new courts in Carson City. From entry fees and donations, almost $3020 was raised!
